    J’ai reçu ça aujourd’hui (sachant que j’ai déjà demandé le refund de ma tablette – pas eu le choix) :

    Jolla Tablet: important information / tärkeää tietoa

    Dear Jolla Tablet contributor,

    We regret to inform you that while preparing the last Jolla Tablet shipments and the lists of people eligible for a refund there was a mixup in our databases.

    Due to this, you may have initially seen « Pending shipment » status in the refund tool when, in fact, you will not be receiving an invite and instead the refund.

    In practice: earlier you saw in the Refund tool « Pending shipment » status and now it will show « Refund » status.

    This occurred primarily because:

    We wanted to have a small reserve of people to replace the ones who do not make the order. Now we’ve realized that this reserve was too large.
    And, while our first intention may have been to send a 64 GB device to you – seeing as our inventory of 32 GB devices is far less than the 64 GB devices – this proved untenable for logistical reasons.

    We sincerely apologize for this mixup! We did not check and double check the situation thoroughly enough, and made a mistake.

    To get your refund we kindly ask you to go back to the Refund tool and complete your submission.

    P.S. There are still a few 32GB shop invites unconfirmed, so, if these are not completed by Friday, some of you may still receive an invite to the shop. Completing your refund submission now will in no way affect your potential to receive the invite.
